When you send an inquiry or subscribe to the newsletter, Clare stores the name, email, and message you type. We do not ask for payment details. There is no checkout, so we never collect card numbers or bank data on this demo.

2. Why we use it

We use your details to reply to a product question, size request, or newsletter signup. We do not sell your address or pass it to advertisers. If you write about a specific coat or knit, we keep that context so the reply is useful.

3. What we do not do

• We do not take payments or store card data.
• We do not run order tracking or account downloads.
• We do not sell your email to other brands.
• We do not use your message for ads.
• We keep inquiry mail only as long as we need to reply.
• You can ask us to delete a message you already sent.

4. Cookies and pages

The site may use a small cookie so login and forms work. We do not use it to follow you around the web. Product pages, the journal, and the catalog are public. Account pages only show sample profile screens.

5. How to reach us

If you want a copy of what you sent, or you want it removed, write from the contact page and say so in the message. We will confirm by email. For anything else about the catalog, use the same form.
